    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. This is a very important issue, particularly where responsible people with families are affected. Right now, that decision to send them home has hurt the families. The children of those employees will suffer because the parent who is a breadwinner cannot earn a living as a result of unfair dismissal. I believe that this is a very serious matter because it will bring economic death on the doorsteps of certain families for no reason at all. This is synonymous with Mumias Sugar Company. I would like to emphasise more because I sit in the Committee on Labour and Social Welfare. We will work very closely with the Chairman to ensure that justice is served to the people who have been dismissed. Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir."
