Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, lastly, the law of natural justice states that if a receivership manager takes over a company, he takes over all the assets plus the liabilities. If the receiving manager took over the assets of Mumias Sugar Company including the nucleus, the ethanol plant and many other assets, it is important for him as well to take over the liabilities, which are not limited to the salary arrears of these workers. It is important even as he takes over the factory that before dismissal, he should ensure that these workers are paid. I request Sen. Sakaja to expedite this engagement to ensure that justice is done to these very good people of Mumias."
