    "content": "Clauses 35 and 36 provide for recognition of a settlement agreement. Such an agreement is binding and is recognized by a court of law. These agreements may only be refused on grounds such as where there is party who is not in capacity or where the settlement agreement is invalid or the party in the process did not participate or failure to conduct the process in accordance of the law in terms of fraud or corruption or undue influence or where the settlement agreement is contrary to public policy."
