    "content": "What I like the most in this Bill is Part IV, which is the traditional dispute resolution mechanism. In the traditional mechanisms, cases like rape should never be taken so lightly as to give some two cows or three goats for the person to go scot-free. Therefore, let us be careful what we are subjecting to the traditional dispute resolution mechanisms, because we know that underage marriages or rapes have been sanitised through some of these traditional methods. We have to be very careful so as not to legalise something that would, perhaps, not be beneficial to our young girls and boys."
