    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I support this Bill from the outset. First of all, it is in line with our Constitution which, in Article 159(2)(c), envisages or recommends to the courts that they consider alternative means of dispute resolution, including reconciliation, mediation, arbitration and traditional dispute resolution mechanisms. Maybe this is an Act that gives life to that Article of the Constitution. We are, therefore, just doing what we are supposed to do; which is to provide legislation which will operationalize the Constitution."
