    "content": "Agriculture is basically regulated by cooperatives in the country. Most of them have not been successful. In fact, the history and story of cooperative societies in the country has been that most of them have been mismanaged. As a result of this, farmers lose their money, produce and income. This is as a result of mismanagement and corruption. If we get an agri-business centre under one society, cooperative or entity that take care of farmers, this would be advantageous. We do not want to lose focus on the Big Four Agenda in which food security is one of the key factors. The country must be self-sustaining in terms of food, agricultural produce and marketing."
