    "content": " Thank you Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this chance to make a contribution towards this Bill for the marginalised areas. It is long overdue. Marginalisation is an aspect that is deliberate. It is defined as a way of treating a person or group as insignificant or peripheral; by removing that region or group of people from public space. If we begin the understanding from that perspective, it will be easier for us. Deliberately, some regions were removed from public space.
