Speaker, I rise to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Coordination of National Government the following Question: (i) Is the Cabinet Secretary aware of increased incidences of insecurity in Moyale Constituency of Marsabit County in the last few months that have led to loss of life and property; including the loss of the lives of five people and several livestock? (ii) What immediate steps has the Ministry taken to end the continued killings and attacks and enhance security in Moyale Constituency? (iii) What measures has the Ministry put in place to ensure that residents of Uran Ward, Moyale Sub-County, Marsabit are provided with security considering several insecurity lapses from June to October, 2019?"
