"content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me an opportunity to add my voice in support of this timely Bill. It is a tribute to all former Members of Parliament who served Kenyans in this august House. I want to mention Hon. Diriye Amin who is my elder brother who served in this capacity as the Member for Wajir East and Hon. Khalif, and their families. Hon. Khalif was a former Member of Parliament who died in the Busia air crash after 2002. There are other Members of Parliament and their families who served in this House. There are many of them but quite a number of them have died."
