    "content": "As I support this Bill, I see it needs a framework which will look at the length of service. Also in a way we recognise that Members of Parliament who serve do not necessary volunteer to stop the service they were engaging in. But it is because of the decision of the voters after having a committed submission not to elect them again. I would like to emphasis that I agree with the Members who have submitted before that former Members of Parliament end up living in abject poverty and experience difficult circumstances."
