    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.51(1)(b) to make a Statement on the activities of the Standing Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries for the period commencing 1st July to 30th September 2019. During the period under review, our Committee held a total of 15 sittings, considered four legislative proposals, one Petition and three Statements. The Committee also held one engagement with stakeholders and a public hearing forum on one legislative proposal. In respect of legislative proposals, the following are the proposed Bills that were considered -"
