    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I also rise to support this Motion. This Committee is dealing with a very important issue. Even though you have advised us not to go into the content, the content does have a bearing on the time extension that is being requested. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am privy to the information, because I worked in the humanitarian sector and fundraised for medical equipment for a lot of our health centers, they did arrive around the same time with this MES. I remember our country literally rejecting the grant-based equipment, in favor of what we have now, which looks and smells worse, like a bad decision. It is a decision that is based on corruption, and not the best interests of our people. Therefore, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this Committee must be given all the time, support and financial resources they need to do a good job so as to deal with this matter once and for all. Since I got to this House, we have been on this issue and, therefore, they deserve to have it concluded in a good way. Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir."
