    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairperson, this to me is contemptuous of this House. If the director and the chairman of the board are somewhere in this country roaming about, and we are seated here discussing and passing a budget for money that they will use--- They are not even courteous to us; they should be here to take short notes and hear what we are saying. I think it is not something that we can just allow or wish away. I suggest that even if we were to proceed with this process, these individuals must appear before the Committee in charge of this budget allocation and give an explanation as to why they should have shown that kind of contempt to this House."
