When a court of law says that a governor should not access office, does that mean that a governor should not perform the functions of that office? My understanding is that the orders were about accessing office as a criminal suspect or a suspect of a criminal process not to attend the office, which is where the alleged crimes took place. It is not the suspect being told that he cannot perform his role because he is a suspect."
