One, I have expressed my concern, that in the process of charging a governor or any other person, that can be undertaken. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, on the question of whether a vacancy should be assumed by the fact that a court order has been given, and then that is predicated to mean then that the effect of when a vacancy has occurred should be assumed; my answer is that, I do not think that is the right way to go."
