I have noted that the ratification of this Agreement is very important when it comes to technological transfer and benchmarking. We have been facing a lot of insecurity challenges which are mainly caused by our neighbouring countries. By ratifying this Agreement between Kenya and South Africa, which has more technological advancement than us, we will benefit more."
