    "content": "(1) THAT, during the construction of the road a survey was done and the affected persons‟ land was estimated for compensation, but since then many people have not yet to be compensated. (2) THAT, the process of compensation for those people who were compensated was unfair because some people were paid more for small parcels of land while others being paid less for large parcels of land hence the valuation was contradicting and not clear to them.
