    "content": "I want to urge Sen. Cherargei to move to the next level with this Statement. It should not end here. His Committee should summon the Cabinet Secretary for the Ministry of National Treasury and ask him to justify his conduct. They should also summon the Attorney General and ask him to explain the reason as to why he is not advising the President properly or ask him to tell us if the President is ignoring his advice. They cannot summon the Chief Justice but can listen to him if he is available. They should also call the Registrar of the High Court."
