    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Is Sen. Kang‟ata in order to misrepresent facts? He is lying to Kenyans. He knows very well that this House and the National Assembly are the ones who are tasked with the division of revenue. How can the Executive, who sits in the national Government, cut money which is supposed to be--- He is given money; he is not supposed to control the money. The money does not belong to the President or the CS. We cannot allow this line of argument, because he is misleading the public and is also wasting time."
