Kang‟ata is trying to say to the public is that the reason the Judiciary is being denied a budget, is because the President is unhappy with the decisions of the Judiciary regarding his mandate. I will not accept that, as a member of Jubilee. That cannot continue flying. It is not the position of President Uhuru Kenyatta, the Jubilee Government and the Senate. It is not one of the things that we should be propagating on the floor of this House. Therefore, the lesser this man speaks, the higher the likelihood that you will protect him from himself!"
