    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, Sen. Cherargei has highlighted the unconstitutional process that has been used to cut the budget of the Judiciary, and it is absolutely unfortunate. What comes to my mind, at this point in time, is also the role of Parliament, as Sen. Halake, who is now the Temporary Speaker, mentioned. This is because this process is supposed to rightfully pass through Parliament. Article 173(3) of the Constitution states:- The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor, Senate."
