    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I heard the Minister say that his Ministry is marginalized. Dr. Kuti is from northern Kenya and so is Mr. Duale. So, I am wondering who is marginalizing them and yet they are in the same Government. We are having a serious marketing problem. The rest of African countries like Botswana, South Africa, Namibia and Zimbabwe have serious business with European Union and other parts of the world. Has he done his best to make sure that we get adequate marketing all over the world for our livestock which is surplus in this country? What has the Minister done to address that issue? Has he done his best in this area?"
