    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I was fairly well prepared for purposes of seconding a Motion that was supposed to be moved by the Leader of the Majority Party. However, this has come ahead of that time. There are things that I want to say very clearly. The international summit is on population and development. The last summit was done in 1994 in Cairo, Egypt. It involved 179 countries and Kenya was one of them. This is a follow-up meeting of what happened 25 years to assess the impact and commitments that were made."
