    "content": "(a) I am aware that some swamps, river valleys and Hill-top water sources have been illegally acquired, drained or cleared and converted into farmlands. My Ministry is presently mapping, and where practical, fencing all wetlands whether illegally acquired or not. The Ministry is working closely with the Ministry of Lands with the view of repossessing the acquired wetlands as well as stopping any further acquisition of the wetlands."
