    "content": "Hon. Members, indeed, I think the Leader of the Majority Party jumped the gun because he stood on a point of order after my Communication. I had said that he was shown on the Order Paper to be moving a Motion. That is why I thought it is during the moving that he should have said the issues that he has said. That is so that you could express yourselves then. So, I can see there are several of you who want to contribute. Let us allow us to get to the Order; we get to the Motion so that the House is then able to make a decision. As you would appreciate, the request was not made to the Speaker. Hon. Junet, the request about the use of the Chamber was not made to the Speaker. It was made to the National Assembly. This House makes decisions through resolutions.
