    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I oppose that amendment because Section 25 that is being referred to is very limiting. When you look at the Bill, the principles of data protection, which is being referred to, is spread all over the Bill and not just Section 25. This clause that is being deleted is talking about lawful processing, minimisation, restriction on processing, data quality and security safeguards.
