    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I rise to state that I have dropped my amendment to this particular clause. The reason being that the Chair of the relevant Committee has enhanced and changed how the Data Protection Commissioner will be employed or recruited and that is through the Public Service Commission (PSC). Thereon, the name will be forwarded to the President of the Republic of Kenya and subject to confirmation by Parliament. For these reasons, I have dropped the amendment to this particular clause."
