    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I wish to propose a further amendment to the amendment by the Chair, which is - to include the word “competitively”. Then further, to re-number the existing sub-clause as (i) and to insert a new sub-clause immediately and re-number it as (ii) which provides that when appointing the staff of the office under sub-clause (i), the Data Commissioner shall ensure that there is regional and gender balance."
