    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I think this amendment is well captured under Clause 74. It is basically the role of the Data Commissioner to issue guidelines or codes of practice for data controllers, data processors and data protection officers. That is my first argument. The second argument is that I think the amendment by the Leader of the Majority Party to Clause 74(a) captures that aspect. The amendment by the Leader of the Majority Party, maybe to some quarters may look very offensive and may appear like it is encroaching into other aspects of regulation, like Media Council and such. However, it is well captured under Clause 74."
