    "content": "THAT, Clause 2 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new definition in its proper alphabetical sequence— “national security organs” has the meaning assigned to it under Article 239 of the Constitution The justification is to provide for the definition of the” national security organs” as already defined in Article 239 of the Constitution. As we said earlier here we are saying the Data Protection Center needs to consult them in accordance to Article 239 of the Constitution."
