    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, going by the list that the Assistant Minister has tabled, I expected him to give the details of the teachers who have been recruited. He has technically avoided to do so. He just gave the list and the TSC numbers of those newly recruited teachers. I wanted him to tell us the districts of origin of those teachers because usually when one is employed those are the details that are required. If you look at the primary school list from number one to number nine, none is from Narok South District. Could he, therefore, tell us the criteria that was used and if it was strictly followed?"
