The defence agreements that we have as a country include; the East African Co-operation Defence Protocol, the Western Indian Ocean Maritime Agreement and the Defence Agreement with Denmark. We also have a defence agreement with the United Kingdom. We have one which has been kept in abeyance awaiting adoption by this House. This is the so-called San Marco Agreement with the Italian Government. That is still awaiting adoption by the House."
