    "content": "There is also the counter piracy and other maritime safety activities which are explained in the Agreement. Article 7 of the Agreement establishes Joint Defence Committee (JDC) which will oversee the implementation of all arrangements arising from this Agreement. Therefore, it is supposed to meet once every two years alternating between the two countries. The terms of reference and the secretariat of this JDC are established for that purpose. So, the implementation of this Defence Co-operation will be through a JDC."
