    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. This matter affected many constituencies. The Assistant Minister came to this House and committed himself that the Ministry would take action against cases of this nature and correct the situation. In my constituency, six teachers from a particular community were to be employed. They got identity cards from Yatta for purposes of recruitment. When they were investigated, they were all found not to be residents of Yatta. Is the Assistant Minister in order to take this House in circles and lightly rather than address it and ensure that the commitment he gave to this House is fulfilled to the letter?"
