Mr. Speaker, Sir, if there are any malcpractices in the examinations, they are not armed roberries that require heavily armed police presence in examination centres. Children are likely to be intimidated by the presence of senior Cabinet Secretaries (CSs), Permanent Secretaries (PSs) and senior police officers armed to the teeth in examination rooms. I would want the Chairman to allay these fears; that in future, we will not, as a country, militarize our examinations to our children."
