    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this Statement is under Standing Order No. 48(1). It is being sought from the Committee on Education, and this is the Chairperson of that Committee. Is the Chairperson giving us a response or telling us the areas that he will be looking into? He is being prejudicial and we thought that all sides need to be listened to in the Committee. It is only after doing so that he can come back with an answer. As Chairpersons, we do restrain ourselves from giving our opinion when a Statement is sought from our Committees. Please guide us."
