Every time I see him on television, he talks about BBI. Which BBI is he always referring to? Is it the same one you are referring to and issued threats about, the one that Sen. Malalah alluded to? I think Sen. Malalah is allowed to issue an opinion, since there is no document about what will be issued. There are press conferences issued from both sides of the divide about it. I think to that extent he is only expressing his wish.
