    "content": "There are measures that have been put in place when it comes to penalties. I have always advocated harsh penalties for those people who cause this. A pregnancy is not only caused by a girl or woman, rather it is an act that is done after two people have met. The two need to be guided or counselled so that they can stop this behavior. The girl child and the boy child should be both counselled so that they can stop this behavior. If the boy child is left out, he will continue messing more girls, hence more unwanted pregnancies."
