    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, in my county for example, after those many girls got pregnant last year, we decided that all churches in our county will be holding youth camps where we bring on board professionals to come and talk on sex education. We also bring on board counsellors. That has assisted the boys and girls to inform us on what is happening. That is how we were able to establish the fact that many parents, because of being poor, are not able to provide for the girls."
