    "content": "While we have this policy, even as we give them a right to get pregnant, we realise that these girls who get pregnant do so even at the age of 12. At 12 years, these girls are still undergoing developmental stages, both physically and biologically. They are, therefore, very fragile. Being fragile, this Bill will help them to ensure that issues of health are taken care of. If we were to stress these girls by chasing them from home instead of counseling them, many of them will be subjected to stress. Some of them have ended up with the Fistula problem."
