    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, the issue of checking on girls whether they are pregnant or not poses a challenge to school administration. The checking should be done with caution and by the Ministry of Education. During our time, girls were always checked whether they were pregnant or not. This kept on going until many of them completed school. We were afraid of not going to school and staying at home because of pregnancy. Therefore, the checking should be allowed, but with a lot of caution. Right now, it is an offense to find out whether girls are expectant. The Ministry should, therefore, come up with clear legal guidelines on how this should be done. I know the issue of keeping confidentiality and checking girls is a very contentious. However, it is the best method of protecting our girls from early pregnancy."
