I am sure you are going to give us guidance. But my concern on this matter arises from Article 95 of the Constitution which talks about the National Assembly representing the people of the constituencies and special interests; that the National Assembly deliberates on and resolves issues of concern to the people. Yesterday, the Chief Justice of the Republic of Kenya addressed this country for well over 30 minutes, in my estimation."
