"content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I knew this is not a matter for debate. However, I want to say categorically that the Chief Justice must be respected. That is the Chairman of the JSC and he is the Chief Justice of the Republic of Kenya. It is very bad that he had to express his frustrations openly the way he did yesterday. We must uphold the integrity of the institution of the Judiciary and its independence as enshrined in the Constitution.
