"content": "Hon. Members, this House has rules. There is no Motion for us to debate. So, when there is no business, you cannot start arguing that you have a minute or even a second. Hon. Angwenyi knows that. He has not expressed his frustration. So, Hon. Members, I believe that matter will be dealt with by the BAC as we have directed. If the other one ever comes to the House, it will be referred to the relevant Committee, namely; the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. But it must be brought to the House formerly."
