    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I want to pick from where you left with the Assistant Minister. In the answer that the Assistant Minister has given to this House, he is categorical that he is not aware. However, the Questioner has demonstrated that, indeed, fraud has occurred and that information is in the public domain. We all appreciate the improvement that the RTGS system has brought. Is the Assistant Minister in order to deny that he is not aware while, at the same time, he has agreed with the Questioner who has demonstrated that there have been cases of fraud?"
