    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I want to laud Sen. Cherargei for seeking this very important Statement. It should not be taken for granted. The NTSA is supposed to work for Kenyans and make our roads safe. There are quite a number of people who lose their lives on our roads. There is a reason as to why the Government requires speed governors to be fitted in matatus and other vehicles. We all know speed governors slow down running of an engine."
