    "content": "On a point of order Mr. Speaker, Sir. If the Chairman of the Committee seems to be helpless, this House needs to help him. We need to interact with the Cabinet Secretary of Transport, Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development. Indeed, the Ministry is in problems. It is implementing nothing. The Ministry has given its work to the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government. It is only the Administration Police (AP) who are helping the Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development. The Chairman has indicated here that he is helpless. Therefore, why not give directions so that this House can engage the CS? We have seen other committees interacting with the CSs, they have corrected one or two things and we are satisfied.
