If you look at Part 2 of the Fourth Schedule of the Constitution of the Republic of Kenya, on the functions of county Governments, No.4 talks about cultural activities, public entertainment and public amenities, including sports, cultural activities and facilities. How is it that regulations concerning a sports fund were passed by another House and did not come to the Senate? Those are part of the questions that we must get answers to because these sports are happening in the counties. As you have heard, there are many issues, and that is why, Sen. Cheruiyot, I might not be able to bring a response in seven days. But trust me, we will do a thorough job on this, and in 14 days or so, have some action taken on this."
