I beg to move the following Motion: - THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Joint Sitting of the Sessional Committee on Delegated Legislation and the Standing Committee on Finance and Budget on their consideration of the Public Finance Management (National Government)(Amendment) Regulations, 2019, laid on the Table of the Senate on Wednesday, October 16, 2019, and pursuant to the provisions of Article 211(1)(a) of the Constitution of Kenya, Section 205(4) of the Public Finance Management Act and Section 18 of the Statutory Instruments Act, approves the amendments to the Public Finance Management (National Government) Regulations, 2015 (Principal Regulations) as effected through Legal Notice No.155 of 26th September, 2019. In exercise of powers conferred by Section 205 of the Public Finance Management (PFM) Act 2012, the Cabinet Secretary (CS) responsible for National Treasury published the Public Finance Management (National Government Amendment) Regulations, 2019 on 26th September, 2019, vide Legal Notice No. 155 of 2019. Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Regulations were submitted to the Senate on Wednesday 16th October, 2019 and tabled before the House---"
