Business became possible and they raised enough money to sustain the money borrowed to do the infrastructure. As a House, that is not what we are complaining about. Our concern is: Can we have a fair distribution of debt? Can we have a public register of debt that is accountable? Can we have borrowing that is used and expended on projects that can be used for many years, which can be paid by future generations who will enjoy the benefits?"
